       Testimonials

"Lee and Erinne, thanks for all of your help during the past 14 weeks. You took a rank novice and turned him into an Olympic Triathlete. I couldn't have done it without you!

You especially helped me with the swim. As I told you, I almost drowned on the Key Tri-2 just last month - that's what I get for getting cocky and high-stepping over the surf and dolphin diving into the waves at the front of the pack. By the time I got to the buoy I was hyperventilated, huffing and puffing, barely able to even do breast stroke. I had to grab on to the lifeguard's surfboard to catch my breath for a minute. You taught me that a little humbleness is a good thing. I surprised myself by clocking in at 3:06 and hell, I'm even getting close to that 3 hour mark, which I couldn't even have envisioned 14 weeks ago. I must admit that somewhere in the deep recesses of my mind there's a thought that I've been trying to suppress. It's way down there with being an astronaut and running for President. At the Huntington's finish line, it was darned near quashed, but its been popping up again in my head - Ironman.....

Thanks again to you, Erinne and the BodyZen staff for your hard work in organizing this great training program. And thanks also to the numerous BodyZen triathletes who kept shouting out "Dig Deeeep..." throughout the Olympic Course."

"Thank you all at BodyZen. I finished my first Triathlon, doing the Olympic length in 3 hours 14 minutes and 10 seconds - 5th in my age group at 49 (I'm the one who got my bike stolen!). Anyway, I'm pretty proud of myself for just finishing - and I don't think that's such a bad time for an old lady! Now I have a time to beat. I couldn't have done it without you guys. I loved the camaraderie that you all helped generate. The best part was when people rode or ran by me and yelled D2....Anyway, thanks for a challenging but great experience and new friends!"
