Message: Thank you all for being so great in supporting us!
My Bib # is: 2014- Jael Aldunate
I will be swimming to the side! So, if you see a "little brunette" off to the side in a red and black Tri Suit, it will be me!

Watch for Meagan (and her husband) and Ryan as well who will be at the Florida 70.3.
Good luck to the "other" Meagen who will be in Baja- I will be thinking of you as well!
Andy, Good Luck to you as well!

Message: Whoah! My bib # for Florida 70.3 is 175. Crazy.

John- can you follow the race online from Ironman.com? I didn't see Florida 70.3 listed there.

I know my mom would be psyched to follow online.

Like Chris said, good luck to everyone out there this weekend! Hopefully it'll be a great day all-around for the ontri community.

Message: Jael- they're both killing me. I have a sports massage scheduled for tomorrow night. I haven't run (at all) since the 5K on Sunday. I'm headed over to the gym for a swim workout now and then I'm going to take it pretty easy. Maybe a light spin or something tomorrow and a little jog Friday.

I'm just going to try and gut it out. I did a 10-mile race 2 weeks ago and pretty much got through it on adrenaline online. There won't be any shortage of that come Sunday morning so maybe I'll be ok.

We'll just have to wait and see.

Looking forward to meeting you! I can't believe it's almost here. This year is flying by.

Hang in there....I hope the massage helps a WHOLE LOT....
Good call on not running at all.
Save your energies for this weekend as much as possible....
Looking foward to meeting you too. See you very soon!

Message: Best wishes to all this weekend.

Remember all the work you did getting here and use that as motivation for why you will succeed so well.

The weather is going to be perfect for the Disney 70.3 so enjoy the day!!!!!

Message: Ryan - Okay, this isn't John, but I just checked, and it looks like the Florida race is listed under "Live Athlete Tracking." Sorry to butt in.

I've got a run-bike-run du this weekend (still a few weeks from first tri). Between a bad cold and a worse attitude, I haven't even really been looking forward to it. Checking in with ontri and reading these posts has put me back in the mood - it's great to have a place for a little guranteed enthusiasm!

Good luck to everyone this weekend!

Message: Man, everyones making me nervous even when I am not doing my event yet...

All of you racing this weekend. If you want to get more psyched check out the following trailer for the "What it takes" movie in production. It gets me motivated and working harder.....

Be proud about how much you have and will be putting into the challenge, not what you achieve.

Best of luck

Message: Jael- thanks! I hope it helps too. Well, unfortunately, I didn't follow me own orders. I ran 10K last night and now my knees feel like someone is sticking them with hot pokers and my ankle looks like someone welded a golf ball to it. Oh well. I have 3 days to recover.

Tim- thanks buddy! Will do.

Dan- thanks for the info and the good wishes! I'll pass the ironman.com website along to my mom.

Bill- I'm using that quote around mile 7 of the run on Sunday!

Tim- awesome buddy. This site rocks.

Brad- I'm going to dedicate my finish (sorry, I won't win) to you. You're an inspiration.

Message: Thanks for the well wishes everyone. Jael and Ryan, I am looking forward to meeting you both this weekend. Thanks again to everyone who took the time to post your support. This site gets better and better!!! One more thing...can you tell me how to track online...I have to forward the info on to family and friends.

Message: Megan- go to www.ironman.com. On the righthand-side of the page there will be a heading called "IronmanLive". Run the cursor over it. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on "Live Athlete Tracking". Then click on "Ironman Florida 70.3". From there I believe you will be able to enter your bib # and receive updates as to your swim, bike, run and transition times as well as position, place, and pace.

Hope that helps.

Message: I'm sure it will help out on the course in the heat here in Phoenix to know that so many of us ontri companions will all be out competing in all these races. I drove down from Denver to Phoenix for the Tempe Race and am about to go check out the course. The drive had me pretty wiped out but reading your posts has got me fired up again.

Hope to to see Glen, Andy and Ty at the packet pick up, meeting or Race.
The rest of you use your head, your bodies wil do the rest.
I can't wait to hear all the post race stories.
Ron

Message: Ryan and Megan,
was lucky enough today to get to a friends office to use the internet. My computer at home is NOT WORKING.
I am leaving for Orlando tomorrow at 6:00am. Should be driving into town with Martha by 10:00am hopefully.
Hope to hear from the two of you as you are at the Expo.
Martha and I will be checking in our bikes as soon as we arrive to get it out of the way.
Give me a ring when you are in town; both of you have my cellular.

Note: I am looking foward to seeing the both of you!
