I am looking into a good plan to add but it's such a complex race that its tough to find one plan that will work well for all. It works well for shorter races or single event races like a marathon but the ironman training is more complicated. I will let you know when we get a solution. One thing we are looking into is to have a coach put plans together based on a set of questions that will be tailored to your ironwoman needs. I'll keep you posted. Thanks, Jon jon@ontri.com
