I live in Coconut Creek, Florida (Broward County) and I am planning on doing the MiamiMan 1/2 IronMan in November 2006. I am planning on starting my training on August 12th (13 weeks away form the even) and I am looking for a training buddy to train with me specially on the weekends for the 3 hour bike rides and 1 hour swims on Saturdays or Sundays. I will be following the 13 week training program made by Gale Bernhard that was published in the Triathlete's magazine. I am currently training for the St.Anthony's Olympic distance, once that is done (April 19th) I will take a "break" (easy training), then will go full gear in August.
