Message: I am looking for someone to do some training with for a marathon and a half-ironman. I did my first half-iron last September and have done tris for 2 years. I am looking to increase speed and training mileage. I am doing a marathon in April and December and a half-ironman in July and September along with various sprint tris for training. I am very motivated and dedicated to my training and WILL NOT leave a training partner hanging. My old partner moved so it is very hard to go for two hour rides alone. I live in the OKC area.
