Subject: Need swimming advice. By: Adam Spartz Written on: 2005-11-25 19:04:58 Message: Hey folks, I'm looking at doing a half-ironman in July 06...probably Spirit of Racine...I've ran a few half-marathons and finished a couple of sprint triathlons. However, my swimming needs MUCH improvement. There was some breastroke and sidestroke in my sprint swim and it was only a half mile swim. I'd really like to work on my swim this winter and was wondering what advice you all might have for a beginning swimmer. Thanks,

That would cost a little more than the Total Immersion DVD, probably, but hey, it's an option! Work on technique, though. It's amazing how much faster you go when your technique improves, especially in the water! | |
