I suggest doing heal - toe movement in the pool. MAKE SURE: u lift your legs up (like u're biking) and keep move your arms (like u're running) . This has increased my speed and has kept me cool this summer...see propsel.com in exhaustion u may need to hydrate BEFORE u start...have fun and let me know how it works for you! ;0) | |
