Subject: RE: swim problem By: MARTIE MARIE Written on: 2005-06-17 14:10:18 Message: Jim sorry to hear that. But all in all it is going to take some bladder training. First, weight yourself BEFORE u exercise. Second, workout your regular routine. Third, weight yourself again AFTER your workout. What ever the weight loss is, this is the amount if water to drink BEFORE u workout the next time. SEE cause when u workout u lose water weight soooo...by drinking before u workout...your body (during the workout) is actually using/burning off that extra water sooo, there is nothing to urine out...try it...it works...I won't pee in open water...poor fish...remember that's someone's meal....shame on u Adrienne...lol... ;0) | |
