Discussion: swim problem

Subject: swim problem

Message: Besides the usual problem of being so &^$%& slow in the water...

It seems that every time I get out of the pool my bladder is really full. I drink just a little water before starting to swim, and don't swallow pool water.

I am a newbie but it isn't rocket science to note that stopping to urinate during a race adds a lot of time. Any ideas?

Message: Pee while you're in the water. Wouldn't recommend doing this while you are training at the pool, but when you're in the open water the world is your toilet!!

Message: Jim sorry to hear that. But all in all it is going to take some bladder training. First, weight yourself BEFORE u exercise. Second, workout your regular routine. Third, weight yourself again AFTER your workout. What ever the weight loss is, this is the amount if water to drink BEFORE u workout the next time. SEE cause when u workout u lose water weight soooo...by drinking before u workout...your body (during the workout) is actually using/burning off that extra water sooo, there is nothing to urine out...try it...it works...I won't pee in open water...poor fish...remember that's someone's meal....shame on u Adrienne...lol... ;0)
