Message: One more day to go until my first Triathlon. I am packed and I have checked my list twice. I really appreciate all the responses, posts and ideas I have picked up from this site.

I have improved my health significantly and I believe I am in reasonable shape to complete the race in a reasonable time. Time will only tell..

Hopefully, I get to sleep tonight.

I would like to thank everyone for all the help.

Completed two sprint races so far. You will do just fine. Enjoy the race and no matter how much you have enjoyed trainning be prepared to be even more motivated after the race!

Message: Tim, Best wishes from another Tim. And I think you learned your first lesson - to get a good night's sleep. I usually try to get a good nights sleep for the 2 nights before the night before a race. The more rested you are the higher you will be able to get your HR the day of the race.
