Subject: Injury By: Dwight Upshaw Written on: 2005-04-08 23:19:03 Message: it seems like there is a battle between the injured and the athlete i'm fighting right now. I have a hurt knee, but it feels good most of the time except for about 2 hours after a workout and when stretching, but i have a race coming up this next weekend. Any suggestions to taper? | |
