I think I'm going to need that smile at around mile 100 of the bike. Haha. I'm great! Super-nervous, super-excited. Just super. Haha. I took everyone's advice and have stopped running completely. And I've packed the bike away. I did the Bay to Bay ride in MD over the weekend. That was my last hard workout. I'm going to get in a swim tonight and then I'm off tomorrow! Thank you so much for the support everyone. I let a bunch of my friends and family read some of the comments and stories concerning the Disney 70.3 and they were just amazed (as I continue to be) by the quality of people on this site. Good luck to everyone racing this weekend, I know there's a lot of us. John P.- no qualifying time, just my credit card and some wishful thinking. I have neither the experience nor the fitness required to finish this, but I'm going to give it my best shot anyway. The way I look at it- if I bonk and put up a DNF, at least I'm in France. Things could be worse.
