Message: Triathloning for Ordinary Mortals is great. For the ladies, I've enjoyed Triathlon Training for Women. I regularly visit articles on www.insidetriathlon.com and www.trinewbies.com.

Message: Frank: Although I am a new Dualathlete (fear of open water), guys who are truiathletes at my office turned me on to "Triathlon 101" by John Mora. I skip the swimming parts (for now...maybe the phobia goes away some day) and cannot put the book down. Good luck with the training!
