Message: As I have only the barest of facts about the course, wondering if anyone has suggestions for aerobar setup for IMFrance. Specifically, i'm using a set of visiontech integrated at the moment, but wondering if I should rethink this in light of climbs/descents. Any advice?

Message: I am not able to give you any advice. I just wanted you to thank you for your reply to my question about diet. I appreciate it and sorry for the typos, I was at work. I hope you get some advice for your bike setup. Michelle

Message: David,
I just rode 50 plus miles of the northern most section of the bike course yesterday. Although there was quite a bit of climb,descent...repeat, I plan on using an integrated bar. I think the key selection will be the cassette. As long as you have a go-to granny gear, you should be OK. On the N-8, which follows the Var river south, I was wanting to get as aero as possible due to the headwinds comming up from the coast. The winds on the flat areas were far more agravating than the climbing.

Message: Willy,
It looks like about 25-30 KM total on the race map. Not all in one shot, though. We should have the wind at our backs for the same sections traveling north...so we've got that going for us...which is nice.
