It has been about 10 years since I have done any type of real swimming and I know there must be a good training video that could review the basic mechanics etc. Any suggestions? Thanks, Chuck

A masters class will give you hands on instruction and make sure you're doing proper form. That's something you won't be able to tell if you're training alone. If you can't do a masters class, try video taping yourself and compare it to the TI video. Also alot of free info out there on the web.
