Subject: My kids first Triathlon ! By: charlotte d. Written on: 2006-06-11 12:42:53 Message: I am so proud of them. They completed their first triathlon this morning. It was 100 yards swim in the pool, 3 miles bike and 1 mile run. They both finished very well and they were so proud of themselves. They are 7 and 8 1/2 years old. And my little one of 5 years old was crying because he wanted to do it too ! What a great day ! That's my boys !!!
