Message: I am a newby to triathalon and am trying to find a training schedule. I tried going to the trainer but can only find a place to log my workouts. I am needing detailed training plans. Any idea's?

Go to the trainer and click on "change my training plan". It should be pretty easy to follow from there. Good luck!

Message: I got a book, called Triathlon Training in Four Hours a Week by Eric Harr. It's set up to get anyone ready to complete a sprint distance trirace in 6 weeks. So far, it's proven invaluable....it has a section to determine how much to spend on the various equipment based on your current athletic level, how to improve in each of the three sports in triathlon, nutrition, the 6 week workout programs (there are 4), as well as stretches and strength training suggestions. I've read most of it, and like I said, it's really helping me out in a lot of ways. I got it at Barnes and Noble for about $20. Hope this helps.
