Subject: Cycling shoes By: Stephen McKee Written on: 2005-03-16 21:18:41 Message: Heya all....I'm a first timer here and I had a questions regarding clip-in cycling shoes. Should they have the same fit as the running shoes I wear, or should they fit tad more snug than that?

I'm training for an xterra race and I'm currently using a plain metal pedal, a BMX type that has a large footprint. As my training progresses I,m sure I will convert to a clipless system. Mountain biking is quite different than street riding. Kind of like tying a rocket to your ass and lighting the fuse. | |
