Subject: RE: Jael - you have so much time - IMAZ in April 2007 By: Mark P. Written on: 2006-06-07 00:04:45 Message: No, not at all. I didn't see the extensive post about it until after I put this up. I have a bone to pick with my first (and only) Olympic distance here in October. I used it as a warmup four weeks before SOMA (my half IM). Anyways, I have my first good swim (thanks, wetsuit), but I enjoyed it so much that I went a little too hard and it caught up with me on the merciless up-and-down trail run. It took me well over an hour to do the 10K and I would think an hour would be my max. Add too much swim energy expended to 90 degrees and there you have it! So, I do understand your desire to give a little something back to St. Anthony's. | |
