Message: Can someone please explain the different types of workouts in the training schedule (technique, base building, recovery, distance..)? Or direct me to somewhere that can explain it?

Message: There are a bunch of good websites (other than this one) that discuss them. Trifuel.com is one that does through some of that and has links to other sites..
