| Discussion: 1st time sprint tri | |
Subject: 1st time sprint tri By: bob gracey Written on: 2005-02-22 14:08:44 Message: I am doing my 1st tri next weekend. I have been biking for a while and I swam in college and recently have been putting in laps with the high school swim team. Running- just started January 1st. Finishing should be no problem but doing well is a different story.

I will be on my trusty Raliegh (It's been with me for 3 years and 6000 miles) I have about decided to put on toe clips and ride with running shoes to make the transition faster. I will have to put on shoes just once. I don't think that I will gain much time with clipless in just 15 miles.
