Katherine Schwab has coached swimming, cycling, and triathlon since 1996. She is currently the Head Triathlon coach for the Massachusetts' Chapter of Team in Training (for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society), as well as an Assistant Coach with Total Immersion Swimming. Katherine is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and a USA Triathlon Coach. Her additional certifications include American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Katherine's own Big Fitness Dream came true in November 2001 when she successfully completed the Ironman Florida Triathlon.
