triathlon training and fitness community that is open to all levels. ontri.com
provides athletes with a unique personal
athletes of all levels to manage their training programs online. You
can select from any of our training programs that were developed
specifically for ontri.com by USAT certified coaches.
There are programs for sprint triathlons, Olympic distance events,
Half Ironman and Ironman events as well as half marathon, marathon and century bike rides. Once you select your training program and the date
of the event a recommended program with specific workouts is created
automatically and mapped into your personal training calendar.
After any workout you simply log your workout on the ontri.com web site and then can view your fitness achievements in a
number of ways:
